• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated conversational AI models, including NLU, NLG, and dialogue management systems, to power intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures for intent recognition, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for training and evaluating conversational AI models, ensuring data quality and scalability.
• Integrate conversational AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs, enabling seamless user experiences across various channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education & Experience �Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, #ArtificialIntelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. �4–8 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, or Conversational AI development. �Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building #LLM/ #GenerativeAI solutions. �Strong experience delivering AI solutions from development through production deployment.
