*Job Summary*

A leading Interior and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking for a skilled *Land Surveyor* to support site surveys, setting out, and as-built documentation for interior fit-out and technical projects. The candidate will ensure accurate measurements and data for project execution and compliance.

*Key Responsibilities*

Conduct *topographical surveys, boundary surveys, and site measurements* for new and ongoing projects Perform *setting out* of structural elements, walls, partitions, MEP routes, and levels on site Prepare *as-built surveys* and record accurate site data Review architectural, civil, and MEP drawings and translate them to site layout Use *Total Station, GPS, Auto CAD, and surveying instruments* for data collection and processing Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, and design team for survey requirements Prepare survey reports, calculations, and drawings for client/consultant submissions Ensure compliance with *DEWA, Municipality, and Civil Defense* survey standards Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment and ensure proper record keeping Assist in quantity take-off and progress verification based on site surveys

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

*2 Years* experience as Land Surveyor in *Construction / Interior Fit Out / Technical Services* projects. UAE experience preferred Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field Proficient in *Total Station, Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office* Strong knowledge of *survey methods, setting out, and as-built documentation* Good understanding of construction drawings and site processes Ability to work on site, handle multiple locations, and meet deadlines Valid *UAE Driving License* preferred Based in *Dubai* and available for site work

Prior experience with fit-out contractors or technical services companies Knowledge of Dubai Municipality/DPE survey submission procedures
