خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في أدوار القيادة الفنية/إدارة مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع سجل حافل في تسليم مشاريع رقمية معقدة.
المهارات المطلوبة *
التمكن في أدوات ومنهجيات إدارة المشاريع (مثلاً، أجايل، سكرم، ووترفول، هجين).
فهم قوي لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC) وممارسات التطوير الحديثة.
خبرة في التقنيات الرقمية، بما في ذلك تطبيقات الويب والهاتف المحمول، ونُظم إدارة علاقات العملاء، ومنصات السحابة في الخدمات المالية.
خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة عابرة للوظائف، التنسيق مع مختلف الأقسام مثل التسويق وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وخدمة العملاء.
خبرة في إدارة العلاقات مع البائعين الخارجيين والتأكد من أن نتائجهم تلبّي متطلبات المشروع.
القدرة على إدارة ميزانيات المشروع وماليته، وضمان تقديم تكاليفي فعال لأهداف البرنامج.

As the project manager for the Digital Acceleration program, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budget constraints Provide leadership to the development teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives Identify and mitigate technology related risks associated with the program, ensuring proactive resolution of issues Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues Manage and mentor a team of technical staff, non-development, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles/ IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital projects. Required Skills * Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices. Experience with digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, CRM systems, and cloud platforms in Financial Services. Experience working in a cross-functional environment, coordinating with various departments such as marketing, IT, and customer service. Experience managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring their deliverables meet project requirements. Ability to manage project budgets and financials, ensuring cost-effective delivery of program objectives. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
