About the Role

We are looking for a young, dynamic and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical strong professional who strives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the business, providing financial insights and supporting planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision-making.

What You'll Do

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and MIS reporting.

  
  

• Partner with business and central functions on annual budgets and financial forecasts.

  
  

• Prepare and consolidate financial reports and support timely month-end and year-end closing.

  
  

• Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost control.

  
  

• Monitor budgets, expenses, payments, inventory and working capital.

  
  

• Support cash-flow forecasting, credit control and debtor ageing.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS and applicable tax requirements.

  
  

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, consultants and suppliers.

  
  

• Provide accurate financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

  
  

What We're Looking For

CA qualification is a Must.

We are looking for someone who is:

• CA qualified with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Ideally experienced within retail, consumer business or fast-paced commercial environment.
• Young, dynamic, agile and commercially focused, with a hands-on approach.
• Strong in financial analysis, numerical reasoning and problem solving.
• Highly proficient in Excel with experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledgeable in IFRS and international accounting practices.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English. 
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
