.Experience in vehicle mechanical repair and maintenance Ability to diagnose mechanical problems efficiently Experience working with different vehicle brands Knowledge of engine, suspension, brake, and transmission systems Ability to work under pressure and within a team UAE experience is preferred Lead and manage a team of mechanics to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and increase lifespan of equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide effective solutions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the team Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, and ensure adequate stock levels at all times Train and mentor junior mechanics to develop their skills and knowledge Perform regular performance evaluations of the team and provide feedback to improve performance and productivity
