Role Description The Florist Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role supports the floral team in preparing flower arrangements and decorative displays that complement the brand’s chocolate products and retail environment. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with floral design, trimming and conditioning flowers, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The Florist Assistant also helps set up in-store and event decorations, replenishes floral stock, and collaborates with customer-facing staff to ensure displays meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications Strong skills in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design, with an eye for presentation and detail. Demonstrated Creativity Skills to develop attractive and brand-aligned decorative concepts. Customer Service skills to support a positive in-store experience and respond to customer requests. Experience in Decoration, including setting up displays for retail spaces and special events. Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, follow safety and hygiene standards, and handle flowers and materials with care. Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience in floristry, visual merchandising, or retail is beneficial; vocational training or courses in floral design are a plus.
