Burney Real Estate is hiring motivated and ambitious Real Estate Property Consultants to join our team in Dubai. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who are serious about building a career in the Dubai real estate market.
Important compensation information:This is a commission-only position. There is no fixed monthly salary offered for this role. A travel allowance of AED 500 per month will be provided by the company, along with training, guidance, marketing support, and the resources required to help our consultants succeed.
For Freshers:No previous real estate experience is required. Complete training and guidance will be provided, including:Dubai real estate market training Property and project knowledge Sales and negotiation training Client communication and handling Lead follow-up and conversion Practical sales training Ongoing mentorship and support
For Experienced Candidates:Candidates with previous Dubai real estate experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in off-plan or secondary market sales, strong negotiation skills, client management, and an existing client network will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties. Follow up with potential clients and leads. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Conduct property presentations and client meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Stay updated on Dubai property market trends and new launches. Negotiate with clients and assist in closing transactions. Maintain accurate lead and client records. Work towards individual sales targets.
