We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Lifting Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals with strong experience in supervising lifting activities and maintaining safe lifting operations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day lifting and rigging activities at the assigned worksite.
- Review lifting requirements and ensure lifting activities are carried out according to approved lifting plans and site procedures.
- Verify cranes, lifting accessories, slings, shackles and related equipment are suitable for the intended lifting operation.
- Coordinate crane operators, riggers, signalmen and other personnel involved in lifting activities.
- Conduct pre-lift checks, toolbox discussions and task-specific risk assessments before lifting begins.
- Monitor lifting operations continuously and stop work when unsafe conditions or deviations are identified.
- Ensure lifting zones are properly barricaded and personnel remain clear of suspended loads.
- Maintain lifting-operation records and report equipment defects, incidents or unsafe conditions to site management.
Required Skills
Lifting Operations Supervision: Ability to control lifting activities safely from preparation through completion.
Lift Planning: Ability to interpret lifting plans, load information and operational requirements.
Rigging & Slinging Knowledge: Strong understanding of slings, shackles, lifting accessories and safe rigging practices.
Lifting Equipment Inspection: Ability to verify equipment condition, identification and suitability before use.
Safety & Risk Control: Ability to identify lifting hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of crane operating limitations and load-control principles.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary lifting crews on industrial sites.
Familiarity with permit-to-work and site-specific lifting-control systems.
Work Experience Requirements

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على أنشطة الرفع والتنزيل اليومية في موقع العمل المعين.
- مراجعة متطلبات الرفع والتأكد من إجراء أنشطة الرفع وفق خطط الرفع المعتمدة وإجراءات الموقع.
- التحقق من أن الرافعات والملحقات والشرائط والكباس والمعدات ذات الصلة مناسبة لعملية الرفع المقصودة.
- تنسيق مشغلي الرافعات والفنيين وموظفي الإشارات وغيرهم من العاملين المشاركين في أنشطة الرفع.
- إجراء فحوصات قبل الرفع، مناقشات صندوق الأدوات وتقييمات المخاطر الخاصة بالمهمة قبل بدء الرفع.
- مراقبة عمليات الرفع باستمرار وإيقاف العمل عندما تُحدد ظروف غير آمنة أو انحرافات.
- التأكد من حواجز مناطق الرفع بشكل صحيح وبقاء الأفراد بعيدًا عن الأحمال المعلقة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات عمليات الرفع وتبليغ عيوب المعدات أو الحوادث أو الظروف غير الآمنة لإدارة الموقع.
المهارات المطلوبة
إشراف عمليات الرفع: القدرة على التحكم في أنشطة الرفع بأمان من الإعداد حتى الإكمال.
تخطيط الرفع: القدرة على تفسير خطط الرفع ومعلومات الحمولة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
معرفة التعامل مع الربط والربط بالحبال: فهم قوي للحبال والتعشيقات وملحقات الرفع وممارسات الربط الآمن.
فحص معدات الرفع: القدرة على التحقق من حالة المعدات والتعريف والملاءمة قبل الاستخدام.
