• Job Description

  We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in civil and structural works, swimming pool construction, and interior fit-out projects.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.

  • Manage civil, structural, swimming pool and interior fit-out works including managing MEP.

  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and project management teams.

  • Monitor quality, progress and site safety.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Prepare and maintain site reports, WIRs, material requests and other project documentation.

  • Coordinate with the planning team to achieve project milestones.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.

  • Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

  • Strong practical experience in swimming pool construction.

  • Experience in civil and structural works.

  • Experience in interior fit-out works is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project (MSP) is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and site coordination.

  • Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.

  • Indian or Filipino candidates preferred.
