We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Van Salesman to join our growing team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for driving the company van to various locations, selling our product

range directly to customers, managing stock, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Distribution: Sell and deliver products directly from the van to groceries, cafeterias,

and retailers.

• Route Management: Follow assigned routes to maximize market coverage and ensure timely

delivery.

• Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while

actively acquiring new clients.

• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels in the van, load products from the warehouse,

and manage returns.

• Cash/Record Keeping: Handle cash collections, invoice payments, and maintain accurate daily

sales reports.

• Merchandising: Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail points.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the van in clean and good working condition, scheduling

timely servicing.

• Products: Tissue products, Hygiene products, Cleaning detergents, Foam products, Paper

plates, Paper cups, All types of packing materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience (2 plus years ) as a Van Salesman or in a similar sales role,

  preferably in the UAE FMCG/Food industry.

  • License: Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Location Knowledge: Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and key customer locations.
