We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to support our global operations and take ownership of day-to-day HR administration and recruitment across the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Services Officer, this is a hands-on role requiring someone who is equally comfortable maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation as they are managing an end-to-end recruitment process. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination for HR and recruitment matters across the Group, working closely with senior management to understand hiring requirements, identify high-quality candidates and ensure that our HR records, documentation and processes remain organised, accurate and up to date. *Key Responsibilities* Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, seniority levels and geographical locations. - Liaise directly with senior management and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming recruitment requirements. - Draft professional and commercially appropriate job descriptions, job specifications and candidate profiles. - Identify the most appropriate recruitment channels for each vacancy. - Advertise roles across relevant job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. - Proactively headhunt and approach suitable candidates, rather than relying solely on inbound applications. - Review applications and CVs and conduct initial candidate screening. - Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists for hiring managers. - Conduct initial screening interviews where appropriate. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and senior team members across different locations and time zones. - Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional candidate experience. - Obtain references and supporting documentation where required. - Assist with preparation of offers, employment documentation and onboarding. - Maintain an accurate recruitment tracker covering all live vacancies, candidates, interview stages, offers and outcomes. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements. *Global HR Administration* - Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records across the Group. - Ensure all required HR forms, contracts, identification documents and supporting documentation are properly completed, filed and maintained. - Maintain central records of employment contracts, consultancy agreements, amendments, salary changes, probation periods, notice periods and other key employment information. - Monitor important HR dates including probation reviews, contract renewals, visa/work permit expiries and other employee-related deadlines. - Prepare and maintain HR templates, forms, letters and standard documentation. - Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, salary increase letters and other HR correspondence. - Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes. - Ensure new joiner files are complete and all required documentation has been obtained prior to or shortly following commencement. - Maintain employee leave and absence records where applicable. - Assist with HR reporting and preparation of employee information requested by senior management. - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee, candidate, compensation and company information. - Support the Chief Corporate Services Officer with wider HR and people-related matters as required.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive HR and recruitment professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international business. This role requires someone who does not need to be heavily managed. They should be capable of taking a recruitment requirement from a senior manager and independently progressing it from job specification and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer stage. They must also have a strong administrative mindset and understand that accurate HR records, documentation and follow-up are an essential part of the role. *Essential Experience & Skills* - Previous professional experience across both Human Resources and Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is essential. - Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end recruitment. - Strong experience proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates. - Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment/job advertising platforms. - Ability to assess CVs effectively and identify strong candidates against a specific brief. - Experience drafting job descriptions and candidate specifications. - Strong HR administration and employee records management experience. - Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information. - Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Confident communicating with senior executives and hiring managers. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR priorities simultaneously. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. - Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks from start to completion. *Preferred* - Experience supporting employees and recruitment across multiple countries or jurisdictions. - Experience working within a group of companies or international organisation. - Experience recruiting across a range of corporate, commercial, technical and senior-level positions. - Experience working directly with C-suite or senior executive management. - Familiarity with HR systems, recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems. *Personal Attributes* We are looking for someone who is: - Extremely organised and detail-oriented - Proactive and able to anticipate requirements - Resourceful and confident in finding solutions independently - Professional and discreet - Persistent when sourcing difficult-to-find candidates - Commercially minded when assessing talent - Comfortable working directly with senior management - Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment - Responsive and reliable - A strong communicator with excellent follow-through - Comfortable working across different cultures, countries and time zones
