We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specializing in Finishing Works to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that finishing works meet quality standards, project specifications, and client expectations. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and ceiling works. - Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of finishing tasks. - Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor workmanship quality and adherence to safety standards. - Prepare and review finishing works schedules, progress reports, and documentation. - Resolve any technical issues that arise during the finishing phase promptly and efficiently. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and client requirements. - Assist in the procurement and quality control of materials for finishing works.
