Job Summary

We are hiring a *Civil Engineer* specializing in Dubai Municipality approvals. The role involves handling government approvals, site coordination, and ensuring all projects comply with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit drawings, documents, and applications for Dubai Municipality approvals Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for project approvals and inspections Follow up on NOCs, permits, and other regulatory requirements Ensure all site activities and documentation comply with Dubai Municipality codes and standards Maintain project documentation, track approval status, and provide regular updates Conduct site visits and liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and approval-related issues

Requirements

*Experience:* Minimum 2 years in Civil Engineering with exposure to Dubai Municipality processes *Qualification:* Degree in Civil Engineering *License:* Valid UAE Driving License - *Mandatory* *Knowledge:* Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations, codes, and approval procedures *Skills:* Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills *Other:* Ability to work independently, manage multiple approvals, and handle client/authority interactions professionally
