The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Route Scheduler to coordinate daily route schedules, optimize transportation planning, and support efficient fleet operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage daily route schedules based on operational requirements. Coordinate vehicle and driver assignments for planned routes. Work closely with Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Dispatch, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. Monitor route performance and adjust schedules when operational changes occur. Track delivery timelines and provide schedule updates to stakeholders. Support route optimization and resource allocation initiatives. Maintain accurate scheduling records, reports, and operational documentation. Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams regarding route changes. Monitor transportation KPIs and operational performance. Help resolve routine scheduling and routing issues. Maintain organized records and document control procedures. Support process improvements across transportation planning activities. Promote operational efficiency and service reliability. Assist with cross-functional logistics and fleet projects. Stay informed about route scheduling and transportation best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in route scheduling, dispatch, logistics, transportation, or a related role is an advantage. Good understanding of route planning and transportation operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking tools, ERP systems, Excel, or Microsoft Office is an advantage. Familiarity with fleet scheduling, dispatch coordination, or route optimization is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams. UAE or GCC logistics experience is an advantage but not required. Relevant logistics or transportation certifications are welcome but not mandatory. What We Offer????
