The Role We are seeking a friendly and professional Telephone Operator to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and support day-to-day communication and administrative activities across the organization. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Work closely with Customer Service, Administration, Operations, Sales Support, and Business Services teams. Route calls to the appropriate departments when required. Maintain call logs, customer records, and communication documentation. Follow up on customer requests and outstanding inquiries. Support appointment scheduling and communication coordination. Requirements High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.1–2 years of experience as a telephone operator, receptionist, customer service representative, or in a related role is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with telephone systems, CRM platforms, or Microsoft Office is an advantage. Familiarity with call routing, scheduling, or customer support tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams. UAE or GCC customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Relevant customer service or communication certifications are welcome but not mandatory. What We Offer????
