Role Description The Strategy Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting strategic planning and decision-making across Sugar Beet Society initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and sector research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and preparing clear reports and presentations on key findings. The analyst will help evaluate programs and partnerships, identify trends and opportunities, and contribute to the design of strategic roadmaps and performance indicators. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights for budgeting and resource allocation, and ensuring that recommendations are aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for research, modeling, and performance assessment. Candidates should possess solid Strategic Planning and Finance skills to support scenario analysis, budgeting, and long-term initiatives. Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting insights, preparing strategic documents, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or research within agriculture, non-profit, or related sectors is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred. Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment are advantageous.
