Purpose

ABMisseekingahighlymotivatedSeniorFinanceManagertojoinourFinanceteam.TheSeniorFinanceManagerwillleadthefinancefunctionacrossRetail,Wholesale,andE-commercechannels.Therolewillberesponsibleforfinancialplanning&analysis(FP&A),accounting,taxation,andVATcomplianceacrosstheGCCregion.Thispositionrequiresastrongblendofstrategicthinking,operationalfinanceexpertise,andleadershipcapabilitiestosupportbusinessgrowthandensurefinancialintegrity.

Responsibilities

FinancialPlanning&Analysis(FP&A):

• Leadbudgeting,forecasting,andlong-termfinancialplanningprocessesacrossallbusinesschannels.
• Provideactionableinsightsonfinancialperformance,includingvarianceanalysisandkeydrivers.
• Partnerwithbusinessheadstosupportstrategicdecision-makingandprofitabilityimprovement.
• DevelopandmonitorKPIs,dashboards,andfinancialmodels.

Taxation&VATCompliance:

• EnsurecompliancewithUAEVATregulationsandotherGCCtaxlaws
• ManageVATfilings,reconciliations,andaudits
• Coordinatewithexternaltaxadvisorsoncorporatetaxmattersandregulatorychanges
• Identifytaxrisksandopportunitiesforoptimization

BusinessFinance&CommercialSupport:

• SupportRetail,Wholesale,andE-commerceteamswithfinancialanalysisandpricingstrategies
• Evaluatenewbusinessopportunities,investments,andexpansionplanswithinGCC
• Monitorworkingcapital,inventory,andcashflowacrosschannels
• Drivecostoptimizationinitiativeswithoutcompromisingbusinessgrowth

TeamLeadership&StakeholderManagement:

• Lead,mentor,anddevelopthefinanceteamacrossmultiplefunctions
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsincludingoperations,supplychain,andsales
• Actasakeyfinancebusinesspartnertoseniorleadership
• Managerelationshipswithauditors,banks,andregulatoryauthorities

Systems&ProcessImprovements:

• LeadorsupportfinancialsystemupgradesorERPimplementations.
• Driveautomationofroutineaccountingtasksandenhancementoffinancialreportingtools.
• Continuouslyevaluatefinancialprocessesforefficiencyandcontrolenhancement.

Skills&Experience

• Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,Commerce,orarelatedfield.
• Professionalaccountingqualification(CA,CPA,ACCA,orCMA)ismandatory;anMBAinFinanceisanadvantage.
• 8to12+yearsofprogressiveexperienceinaccountingandfinancialmanagement,including3to5yearsinaleadershiprole.
• Provenexperiencewithintheretailsector,preferablyinmulti-store,multi-channel,orfranchisebusinessenvironments.
• ExperienceintheGCC/MENAregion,withastrongunderstandingofrelevanttaxregulationsandcommerciallaws,ishighlydesirable.
• StrongproficiencyinERPsystems(SAP,Oracle,MicrosoftDynamics,etc.),advancedExcel,financialmodelling,andotherMSOfficeapplications.
• Familiaritywithbusinessintelligencetools(e.g.,PowerBI),retailPOSsystems,andinventorymanagementplatforms.
• Strongleadership,teammanagement,andprojectmanagementcapabilities.
• Excellentanalytical,problem-solving,communication,andpresentationskills.
• Strategicmindsetwithstrongcommercialacumenandattentiontodetail.
• Highlevelofintegrity,withtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyunderpressureandmeettightdeadlines.
