• Welcome customers and understand their fragrance preferences

• Recommend perfumes according to customer taste, occasion, and budget

• Explain fragrance notes, concentration, performance, and product features

• Demonstrate perfumes professionally using testers and blotter strips

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Promote new products, gift sets, and special offers

• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers

• Handle billing, cash, card payments, and POS operations

• Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area remains clean and organized

• Monitor stock levels and report low stock or damaged products

• Assist with inventory checking and stock receiving

• Provide excellent service before and after each sale

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or luxury retail sales experience

• Good knowledge of Arabic, French, and designer fragrances will be preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confident personality with a professional appearance

• Ability to meet sales targets and recommend suitable products

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory handling

• Fluency in English is required

• Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi language skills will be an advantage

• UAE retail experience will be preferred
