We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to provide legal advice, conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, and assist with civil, commercial, criminal, and labor matters. The candidate will represent clients, prepare legal submissions, attend court proceedings, and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultation and strategic advice to clients.

• Draft and review contracts, legal notices, pleadings, and submissions.

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law; UAE legal qualification is an advantage.

2. Minimum 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the UAE.

3. Strong knowledge of UAE laws, court procedures, and legal practices.

4. Experience in drafting pleadings, legal notices, contracts, and legal submissions.

5. Familiarity with Dubai Courts, Public Prosecution, and other UAE government systems.

6. Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

7. Fluent in Arabic language English; skills are an advantage.

8. Strong client-handling and case-management abilities.

9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
