Assist with testing new integrations and system enhancements before production release. Recommend improvements that strengthen reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.3+ years of relevant POS, systems integration, application support, or retail technology experience preferred. Strong understanding of POS environments, system integrations, and transaction workflows. Knowledge of APIs, data interfaces, databases, and system connectivity concepts. Familiarity with retail, payment, inventory, or enterprise business systems is advantageous. Proficiency in troubleshooting integration and transaction-related issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Good understanding of testing, deployment, and technical documentation practices. Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
