Job Responsibilities:Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and/or mobile applications Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for software development Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and product management Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues in existing applications Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java Script, Python, Java, C#, or similar) Familiarity with front-end or back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django, . NET) Understanding of basic software development lifecycle and version control (Git) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and willingness to learn
