HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our busy multidisciplinary clinic in Al Barsha, Dubai.

Al Barsha is one of Dubai's most vibrant residential and commercial communities, serving a diverse mix of families, professionals, and long-term residents. The clinic benefits from a strong patient base, high footfall, and a broad range of medical specialties, making it an excellent environment for nurses who enjoy variety, patient interaction, and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Due to the demographics of our patient population, we are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in Arabic or Tagalog, alongside strong English communication skills.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting physicians and patients across multiple specialties while delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working within a fast-paced outpatient environment and who is comfortable supporting consultations, clinical procedures, chronic disease management, and health promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care within a busy outpatient clinic environment.

Support physicians during consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures.

Monitor and record patient observations and vital signs.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Support patients with chronic disease management and follow-up care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.

Provide health education, advice, and support to patients and families.

Participate in quality improvement and ongoing professional development activities.

Skills

Essential Requirements

DHA Licensed Registered Nurse.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing experience.

Previous outpatient clinic, ambulatory care, family medicine, medical centre, or primary care experience preferred.

Strong patient assessment and clinical support skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English communication skills.

Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.

Strong computer literacy and EMR experience.

Highly Preferred

Fluent Arabic language skills.

Fluent Tagalog language skills.

Previous UAE healthcare experience.

Multidisciplinary clinic experience.
