We are currently hiring for an Operations Executive position with a leading organization in the UAE, within the MPN (Multi Platform Network) Operations team.

Position: Operations Executive

Department: MPN Operations

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support installation, commissioning, and deployment of new media assets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure operational readiness and quality standards.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely fault resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure field activities comply with safety, regulatory, permit, and authority requirements.
• Monitor asset performance and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
• Maintain inspection, maintenance, and operational records.
• Support operational reporting and escalation of field issues.

Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical discipline.

3–5 years of experience in field operations, infrastructure, AV systems, technical operations, or a similar environment.

Experience in field installation, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.

Good knowledge of maintenance planning and asset management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
