- Assist skilled technicians in the safe and efficient installation and repair of various glass products, from windows to storefronts.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing tools, and staging materials to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Measure and cut glass accurately according to project specifications, minimizing waste and ensuring precise fits.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under the guidance of the technician.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or trades is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in a construction, trade, or manual labor role, preferably in glazing or related fields.
- Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret basic measurement tools (tape measure, etc.).
