Marketing Professional – Media & Advertising

� Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Promote media, advertising, sponsorship, and event services

• Identify potential clients and convert leads into sales

• Develop sponsorship and advertising opportunities

• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups

• Achieve business development and sales targets

• Support digital marketing and promotional activities

� Requirements

✅ High School Diploma or equivalent

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Media Marketing / Advertising

✅ UAE Driving License preferred

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills

✅ Excellent client handling and relationship-building abilities

✅ Strong business development and sales skills

✅ Good knowledge of Media Sales, Sponsorship, Advertising & Digital Marketing

✅ Confident, target-oriented, and professional personality

✅ UAE market experience will be an advantage

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and professional female marketing professional with a proven track record in media marketing, advertising, sales, sponsorship, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in media marketing, advertising, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of media sales, advertising solutions, sponsorships, and digital marketing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and develop business opportunities.

• A strong network or understanding of the UAE media, advertising, events, and corporate market is an advantage.

• Confident personality with the ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups independently.

• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• UAE Driving License is preferred.

• Candidates who are proactive, ambitious, commercially focused, and committed to achieving sales targets will be highly preferred.

• Immediate joiners and candidates with existing UAE market experience are an advantage.
