We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our Facility Management team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance in residential and commercial buildings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
Handle plumbing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Inspect and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
Attend plumbing emergencies and breakdowns promptly.
Identify leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
Maintain plumbing tools and equipment properly.
Follow health, safety, and facility management standards.
Coordinate with the FM supervisor and other MEP team members.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Plumber, preferably in Facility Management.
Good knowledge of building plumbing systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing problems independently.
UAE experience is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Available to join immediately is an advantage.
