The Role We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Project Manager Technical Lead to lead complex technology projects from planning through delivery while providing technical direction to engineering and project teams. The successful candidate will combine strong project-management capabilities with technical leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with technical, quality, security, and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. Provide technical leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate engineering, development, infrastructure, security, QA, and operations teams. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and project plans. Work closely with stakeholders to establish priorities and project expectations. Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and dependencies. Track project progress against approved plans and milestones. Identify technical, operational, financial, and delivery risks. Develop and maintain project risk and issue registers. Establish mitigation and contingency plans for critical project risks. Lead project status meetings and technical review sessions. Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management updates. Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance indicators. Manage project scope and control changes through appropriate governance processes. Coordinate requirements gathering, technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Review technical architecture and proposed solutions where appropriate. Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards. Support system integration and interoperability initiatives. Coordinate application, infrastructure, cloud, network, and security dependencies. Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality and technical standards. Work with QA teams to coordinate testing, defect management, and acceptance activities. Support release planning, deployment, migration, and implementation activities. Coordinate technical documentation and project knowledge management. Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and technology partners. Review vendor deliverables, project schedules, and technical performance. Support contract, procurement, and commercial activities related to technical projects. Resolve cross-functional technical and project delivery challenges. Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations to senior management. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure project decisions, actions, and responsibilities are clearly documented. Promote Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid, or other appropriate delivery methodologies. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and technical workflows. Mentor project team members and provide technical guidance where required. Support resource planning and capacity management. Ensure projects comply with security, compliance, and organizational policies. Conduct project reviews, lessons-learned sessions, and post-implementation assessments. Perform other project management and technical leadership duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.7+ years of experience in technical project management, technology delivery, engineering, or a related field. Previous experience leading complex technology or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems. Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources. Strong technical problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience working with cross-functional engineering and technology teams. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks. Experience managing vendors, technology partners, and external consultants. Strong understanding of SDLC, Dev Ops, CI/CD, testing, and release management is an advantage. Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage. PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
