Monitor stock levels, ensure proper food storage, and follow FIFO procedures. Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, temperature control, and labeling standards. Minimize food waste and support cost-control initiatives. Report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, and food quality problems promptly. Support menu implementation, cross-training, and knowledge sharing with junior team members. Assist the Chef de Partie and assume responsibilities in their absence when required. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Proven experience working in a steakhouse kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel or premium dining establishment. POSITION SUMMARY Prepare special meals or substitute items.
