Role Description:- The Maintenance Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, including scheduling and overseeing repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Coordinator will track maintenance requests, assign work to technicians, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion according to safety and quality standards. The role involves maintaining maintenance records, communicating with internal teams and external service providers, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance procedures. The Maintenance Coordinator will also assist in inventory management for tools and spare parts, and help ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution. Strong knowledge of and general maintenance practices. Skills in maintenance management, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Supervisory skills to coordinate and guide maintenance staff or external contractors. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, manuals, and maintenance logs. Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Proficiency with basic computer applications and maintenance management software or spreadsheets. Experience in facilities, construction, or decor-related environments is preferred. Relevant technical diploma or certification in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
