• Supervise daily project operations and coordinate all site activities across fit-out, joinery, steel fabrication, glass/aluminium, and MEP installations.

• Handle procurement and sourcing tasks, coordinating with suppliers and vendors for materials and resources.

• Manage and execute sample deliveries to clients and consultants as required.

• Ensure all works are carried out in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

• Manage labor, subcontractors, and project resources efficiently to prevent delays.

• Coordinate with the project manager, estimation team, and workshop to ensure timely material deliveries and logistics.

• Conduct regular project and site inspections to maintain high standards of quality control and strict adherence to UAE health and safety (HSE) regulations.

• Solve technical and operational challenges proactively as they arise across projects.

• Maintain daily progress logs, track schedules, and report directly to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated UAE experience as a Project Supervisor (or Site Supervisor) in fit-out, joinery, steel, glass/aluminium, or MEP contracting.

• Strictly Indian national.

• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory (required for site visits and sample deliveries).

• Above-average communication skills in English (written and verbal), with strong coordination capabilities.

• Basic understanding of construction drawings/BOQs is a plus, but not strictly mandatory.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 5,000 all-inclusive per month (based on experience).

• Visa will be provided/converted upon a satisfactory 1-month evaluation period.
