- Develop detailed cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and related safety equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand scope and provide competitive bid proposals.
- Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and specialized services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection system estimation.
- Proven experience with NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations.
- Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and specialized cost estimating tools.
