Multilingual Business Development Manager — Native Speaker

We are an innovative technology company based in Dubai, focused on Real-World Asset (RWA) Tokenization. Our underlying foundation is a large-scale shared power bank network deployed across the UAE and GCC countries — converting proven, steady cash-flow revenue streams from physical infrastructure into digital value on-chain. Our business spans China, the Middle East, Russia/CIS, Central Asia, Turkey, Africa, and beyond. We are now seeking multilingual business professionals to help expand our global presence.

Language Requirements (Native fluency in ONE of the following)

- ✅ Russian — Native proficiency; engage directly with Russia, CIS & Central Asian markets

- ✅ Turkish — Native proficiency; engage directly with Turkey & West Asian markets

- ✅ Arabic — Native proficiency; engage directly with the UAE & GCC markets

- ✅ French — Native proficiency; engage directly with African & French-speaking markets

- ✅ Working proficiency in English for internal coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand market reach within your assigned language region, identifying and securing new clients and strategic partners

- Build and maintain relationships with investors, industry communities, and institutional partners; lead negotiations through to deal closure

- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, business forums, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility

- Localize business materials and conduct all regional communications with cultural and linguistic accuracy

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and partnership progress; provide regular updates and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

- Native fluency in one of the specified languages above — both verbal and written communication must be professional and polished

- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, RWA, or fintech sectors; existing industry network is a strong advantage

- Proven experience in business development, sales, client relations, community growth, or partnership management

- Currently based in Dubai or able to relocate promptly

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, strong communicator with a commitment to long-term international growth
