About the Role A hands-on, consultative position moving high net worth (HNW) opportunities from first contact to confirmed order. The first month focuses on direct selling, establishing CRM discipline, and setting sales standards, with potential to develop into a Sales Conversion Lead.
Key Responsibilities• Sales & Discovery: Manage inbound leads (Whats App, social media, web, in-person) and uncover client needs before presenting options.• Closing & Ownership: Guide clients through consultations, proposals, co-creation briefs, deposits, and confirmed orders.• CRM & Follow-up: Maintain accurate client records, stage tracking, and re-engage inactive enquiries.• Business Development: Build relationships with interior designers, wedding professionals, and B2B clients.• Sophiakey Sourcing: Secure paid service bookings for Sophiakey Furniture and coordinate briefs with the China team.• Team Support: Share sales observations and provide case-based feedback to peers while holding primary accountability for personal targets.
30-Day Success Metrics• Master SIRAE collections, pricing, co-creation rules, and timelines.• Independently handle discovery, presentations, objection handling, and closing in English.• Hit individual revenue targets and close 2 Sophiakey paid service bookings.• Keep complete, traceable CRM records for all assigned leads.
Requirements• Essential: Proven record closing high-ticket/complex luxury sales, track record supported by metrics (conversion rates, average order value, sales cycle), strong consultative skills across digital channels (Whats App/social), fluent English, and full-time availability in Dubai.• Preferred: Experience in luxury retail, interiors, jewelry, watches, GCC HNW clients, or Arabic language skills. (Furniture design & supply-chain support is provided by the wider team).
