Job Summary As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition function with end-to-end recruitment activities across all Eat X brands. You will help manage recruitment data and talent trackers, coordinate interviews and trial shifts, support candidate communication and ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Main Duties & Responsibilities Manage and maintain recruitment master data and talent trackers Post job openings across approved job boards and social media channels Screen applications and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements Coordinate interviews and trial shifts with hiring managers and venues Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process Ensure consistent application of the Eatx employer brand across recruitment touchpoints
What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience within the hospitality industry Fluency in English, both written and spoken Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates and stakeholders
