Responsibilities:

3. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
4. Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to facilitate a smooth audit experience.
5. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections to maintain healthy cash flow for the agency.
6. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations, minimizing liabilities and ensuring timely submissions.
7. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations based on findings to assist management in strategic decision-making processes.
