Wescott Group of Hotels is inviting applications for the position of Front Office Receptionist to join its hospitality team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome while handling front office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries and manage incoming telephone calls. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel or front office role is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of the English language. Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong knowledge of: Front office operations and guest relations. Hotel check-in and check-out procedures. Customer service standards and telephone etiquette.
