Job Description

Al Ghurair is looking for a creative and results-driven Specialist – Brand & Social Media Marketing to support the marketing activities of Al Ghurair Centre, GLITCH, and Flayva. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys developing engaging campaigns, managing digital content, and executing memorable customer experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee social media content, brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, events, and on-ground activations while working closely with agencies, tenants, and internal stakeholders. Candidates with UAE experience and knowledge of local permit processes will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media strategies and engaging content across multiple brands. Support brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities. Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and brand partnerships. Organize events and on-ground activations to enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with agencies, tenants, and internal departments to deliver marketing objectives. Ensure marketing activities align with brand standards and business goals.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant marketing experience in retail, shopping malls, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or an agency environment. UAE experience is preferred. Strong creativity, communication, and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. Knowledge of DET and Dubai Municipality permit processes is an advantage. Strong knowledge of: Social media marketing and content creation. Brand campaigns and influencer marketing. Event management and on-ground activations. Marketing coordination, stakeholder management, and campaign execution.
