Located on Hayat Island, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort where island living meets authentic Arabian hospitality. Less than an hour from Dubai, the resort offers a refined yet relaxed escape surrounded by natural landscapes, open sea views, and powder-soft beaches. With a collection of rooms, villas, and residences, a variety of restaurants and bars, and award-winning spa and leisure facilities, we focus on creating thoughtful, personal, and memorable experiences for families, couples, and groups in a true resort setting.

We want to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. To set the right tone, we’re looking for a Chief Concierge capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Lead and oversee the full concierge operation, including the concierge desk, bell service, transport arrangements, and valet partners

  
  

• Deliver consistently warm, professional, and highly personalised service to all guests

  
  

• Build strong guest relationships and anticipate needs before they are requested

  
  

• Act as the main source of trusted local knowledge, including dining, attractions, events, and transportation

  
  

• Coordinate and oversee VIP arrivals, group movements, and complex guest requests

  
  

• Handle guest concerns calmly, using feedback to drive service improvements

  
  

• Work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys

  
  

• Maintain excellent standards of appearance, organisation, and presence in lobby and concierge areas

  
  

• Lead by example as a brand ambassador and actively promote hotel services and experiences

  
  

What We need from you:

• Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills

  
  

• Solid experience in concierge or guest services within a hotel or resort environment

  
  

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a concierge setting

  
  

• A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate a team

  
  

• Strong local knowledge or the ability to build it quickly and accurately

  
  

• Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional under pressure

  
  

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

  
  

• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage

  
  

• High school qualification or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus
