نحن نبحث عن فرد كفء لقيادة استراتيجية المحتوى لأنظمة المعلومات هذه، والمساعدة في تحسين هذه المخططات وأطر التوثيق للمساعدة في شرح كل ذلك للمطورين وقادة الأعمال على حد سواء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- سد الفجوات: ترجمة المفاهيم التقنية المعقدة إلى لغة أعمال واضحة للقادة غير التقنيين، وتحويل أهداف الأعمال إلى متطلبات تقنية لفرق الهندسة.
- تصميم الأنظمة: إنشاء مخططات معمارية عالية المستوى لأنظمة المؤسسات، أو التكامل السحابي، أو شبكات البيانات، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر.
- محاذاة المعايير: المساعدة في الحوكمة التقنية، والمكتبة المتطورة باستمرار للبناء المستمر لصالح فرق ما قبل البيع، والمبيعات، والفرق التقنية، والبحث والتطوير، والمنتجات، والشؤون التجارية.
- توجيه الفرق: توجيه ودعم فريق AHOY Playbooks مع توطيد العلاقات مع جميع الفرق الأخرى التي يعمل معها فريق AHOY Playbooks.
- مُتواصل ممتاز: الإيجاز مع إيصال المعنى. يُتوقع في هذا الدور إتقان فن نقل المعرفة عبر نطاق واسع من خلال العروض التقديمية الاستراتيجية ومخرجات المقترحات.
- الاستشارات الاستراتيجية: العمل كجسر بين احتياجات الأعمال والتنفيذ التقني، وتوجيه أصحاب المصلحة والقيادات الخارجية بشأن خارطة طريق التكنولوجيا.
المتطلبات
المهارات الأساسية المطلوبة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في عالم التكنولوجيا وتطوير الأنظمة
- نموذج عمل هجين شريطة أن يكون المرشح مقيماً في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وقادراً على الاجتماع شخصياً مرتين في الأسبوع على الأقل
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية، كتابةً وشفاهاً. وتعد إمكانية القيام بذلك باللغة العربية أو الفرنسية ميزة إضافية ولكنها ليست شرطاً
- معرفة كيفية كتابة قصة تقنية تضمن تحقيق نتيجة إثبات المفهوم في حدود 10 شرائح بدلاً من 50 شريحة مرهقة للعين. لا تجعل جمهورك يبحث عن الإجابة في الشريحة 18 وتخاطر بفقدان فكرة الموضوع
- القدرة على تعلم التكنولوجيات الجديدة بسرعة بالإضافة إلى مهارات قوية في العرض والتواصل والتيسير
- إدارة الوقت لضمان توافق التزام AHOY Playbooks مع متطلبات الأعمال
- القدرة على توقع الاحتياجات - والمساعدة في حل الفجوات المعرفية - لفرق ما قبل البيع، والمبيعات، والفرق التقنية، والبحث والتطوير، والمنتجات، والشؤون التجارية
- فهم تفصيلي لأدوات العمل، ونمذجة البيانات، ومفاهيم تكامل تطبيقات المؤسسات، بما في ذلك الخبرة بأدوات تكامل المؤسسات، وأنماط تصميم التكامل الشائعة مع أنظمة المؤسسات

AHOY Playbooks supports the AHOY ecosystem through strategic decks and proposals that can be used by the pre-sales, sales, commercials, tech, and product teams, all laid out in the form of the right story.
We're looking for a capable individual to lead the content strategy for these information systems, and support with refining these blueprints and documentation frameworks to help explain it all to developers and business leaders, alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge Gaps: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical leaders, and turn business goals into technical requirements for engineering teams.
- Design Systems: Create high-level architectural blueprints for enterprise systems, cloud integration, or data networks, to name a few.
- Align Standards: Assist with technical governance, and the ever-evolving library to constantly build for pre-sales, sales, technical, R&D, product and commercial teams.
- Mentor Teams: Guide and support the AHOY Playbooks team but also secure relationships with all the other teams AHOY Playbooks works with.
- Good communicator: Say more with less. The art of conveying knowledge on a wide spectrum is expected for this role through strategic decks and proposal outputs.
- Strategic Advising: Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, guiding stakeholders and external leadership on technology roadmaps.
Requirements
Core Skills Required:
- Experience of at least 8 years in the world of tech and system development
- Hybrid work model with the candidate being based in the UAE and able to meet in person at least 2 times a week
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal. Being able to do the same in Arabic or French is a plus point but not required
- Know how to write a technical story that secures a proof-of-concept result within 10 slides vs. 50 eye-watering slides. Don't make your audience hunt for the answer on slide 18 and risk losing the plot
- Rapidly learn new technologies as well as strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Time management to ensure AHOY Playbooks' commitment matches business requirements
- Ability to anticipate needs - and help solve knowledge gaps - for pre-sales, sales, tech, R&D, product and commercial teams
- A detailed understanding of Tooling, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts, including experience with enterprise integration tools, and common integration design patterns with enterprise systems
