المسؤوليات الرئيسية
استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة ومساعدتهم في الجلوس واختيار القائمة.
أخذ طلبات الطعام والمشروبات بدقة.
نقل الطلبات بوضوح إلى المطبخ وفريق الخدمة.
تقديم الوجبات والمشروبات في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة احترافية.
متابعة الضيوف للتأكد من تلبية طلباتهم بشكل صحيح.
إعداد الطاولات والحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة تناول الطعام.
رفع الأطباق والأواني الزجاجية المستخدمة وغيرها من أدوات الخدمة.
إعادة تعبئة مستلزمات الخدمة عند الحاجة.
الرد بأدب على أسئلة وطلبات الضيوف.
إبلاغ المشرف بمخاوف العملاء أو أي متطلبات خاصة.
اتباع معايير النظافة وسلامة الغذاء.
دعم الزملاء خلال الفعاليات وخدمات الطعام الخاصة.
