We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Scaffolding Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of scaffolding systems to ensure safe and efficient work environments on various construction projects. Responsibilities: - Design and develop scaffolding plans in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations. - Conduct site inspections to assess scaffolding requirements and conditions. - Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and safety officers to coordinate scaffolding activities. - Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards and regulations. - Supervise installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. - Prepare and maintain documentation including reports, drawings, and risk assessments. - Provide technical support and training to scaffolding teams as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Scaffolding Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of scaffolding design principles, safety standards, and applicable regulations. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in the UAE is highly desirable. - Certification in scaffolding safety or engineering is a plus.
