Job Description
- Develop and execute GCC growth and commercial strategies.
- Lead business development initiatives across government and enterprise sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior public and private sector stakeholders.
- Drive tender, RFP, and procurement opportunities through to successful completion.
- Lead and develop a commercial team focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and convert new opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- UAE National with family book.
- Proven experience in commercial leadership, business development, partnerships, or growth roles.
- Track record of delivering revenue growth within B2G and/or B2B environments.
- Experience engaging with government entities, procurement processes, and senior decision-makers.
- Strong leadership experience managing commercial, partnerships, or business development teams.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are highly desirable.
