Job Description
- Monitor daily data loads, scheduled processes, and reporting environments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective resolutions.
- Execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with analytics, technology, and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related challenges.
- Support Power BI and enterprise reporting platforms while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-4 years' experience in Data Support, BI Support, Reporting Support, MIS, Application Support, or Data Analyst roles.
- Strong SQL or PL/SQL skills with the ability to analyse and validate large datasets.
- Experience investigating data-related issues and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Understanding of databases, data flows, reporting environments, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
