- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, principles and esthetic design concepts.
- Creative proposal and visual execution of branding ideas during the ideation phase.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
- Perform retouching and photo manipulation.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Experience creating photo-realistic compositions, with an intuitive understanding of color, lighting and perspective.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
- Keep up to date with trends across social media graphic designs.
- Assist in creating storyboards and participate in brainstorming sessions to share new designs
- Collaborate with other designers, animators, and videographers to produce high-quality work.
- Gather reference materials necessary to illustrate intended styles to the animation staff.
- Design and enhance the overall quality of video production (motion graphics, animation, etc.).
- Create Designs related to offline marketing such as giveaways, banners, rollups, backdrops, posters, flyers, manuals, logos, signs, and report covers.
- Responsible for die cut for booklet and packages.
- Create typography for tagline and campaign’s slogan with attractive colors for kids.
- Apply the required HSE (Health & Safety) regulations.
- Bachelor degree in any field (Fine arts and applied arts are preferred)- From 2:4 years of experience in the same role - Background in Marketing is must- Experience in 2D design is a plus- English Proficiency; Very Good (Read, Written, and Spoken)- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).- Excellent in visual programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe After effect, Premiere)- RGB and CMYK knowledge- Presentation Skills- Excellent English Skills- Innovation - Multitasking- Time management- Accuracy
