This Position is for Junior and Senior levels will be determined according to your potentials.
You will be resposible for:
- Creating Production accounts
- Receiving, Investigating, & Solving Merchant’s complaints -on production environment- received through any channel.
- Report & follow up on technical issues making sure it’s resolved within SLA.
- Perform UAT for new releases.
- Do needed analysis to monitor transactions performance and maintain healthy acceptance ratio.
- Configure, & monitor new services whenever required.
- Identifying and suggesting areas of improvement.
- Investigation for discovered issues down to root-cause.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer, or Communication Section) is a must.0-4 years of experience in operations.Previous experience in Fin-Tech Field is preferred.Very good spoken and written English language.Very good knowledge of MS Office.Very good communication skills.Fintech experience is an addon.Good Presentation SkillsDetails oriented.Organized & Self-motivated
