Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
