Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience specifically within the construction company or a closely related field. The role involves spearheading digital marketing efforts for our company's bridge bearings division, ensuring maximum visibility, lead generation, and brand engagement. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to optimize digital marketing strategies is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's bridge bearings products, emphasizing their high quality and CE certification across all relevant platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the bridge bearings industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and engineering to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Create and manage engaging content for digital channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Utilize AI tools and analytics platforms to analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing initiatives, and generate actionable insights.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through targeted digital advertising, SEO optimization, and conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, particularly those relevant to the bridge bearings industry, and propose innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills

Qualifications:

•         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

•         Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a B2B environment, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.

•         Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.

•         Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and other digital marketing channels.

•         Experience working with AI tools and analytics platforms to drive marketing insights and decision-making.

•         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for different target audiences.
