Presales Consultant - Cyber Security

Egypt - Cairo

Technical Advisory:

  • Identify and target prospective clients within the EMEA regions through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and implement strategic implementation plans to achieve customer goals and expand the company's customer base.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT professionals, and procurement managers.

Solution Selling:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' cyber security requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that address clients' specific security needs and align with their business objectives.
  • Present product demonstrations, proposals, and business cases to prospects, effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently updating pipeline forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and strategic adjustments.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor on cyber security matters.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide timely support and guidance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and post-sales support issues.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field (preferred).Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience in selling cyber security solutions or related IT products/services.Deep understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies, and industry trends.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Fortinet and firewall solution is a plus.
