  • Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves, and bank accounts

  • Screening resumes and application forms

  • Coordinate with employees to ensure all necessary documents are complete and up-to-date.

  • Conduct regular audits of employee files to identify and address any missing or outdated documents.

  • Handle photocopying and scanning of important HR records.

  • Prepare and package documents for mailing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Assist in the onboarding process by collecting and verifying new hire paperwork.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
