We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect to join our team. As a BIM Architect, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of BIM processes and technologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM model.
- Create and manage BIM models for design, coordination, and construction documentation.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and optimize designs.
- Generate construction documents, drawings, and specifications from BIM models.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and methodologies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience working as a BIM Architect on large-scale projects.Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Good knowledge of codes and building regulations.
